Ordering

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. Once we have received your order we will advise you of a delivery forecast. All prices are subject to change, the deposit secures the price of your order at the time of ordering.

Payment

Wedding stationery orders that are required within four weeks of the order date require payment in full. Otherwise a 50% deposit will confirm your order. Payment can be made either by cheque payable to White Butterfly or by PayPal on request (this is done by an e-mail invoice). No orders will be dispatched unless your final payment has been received.

Proofs

Before production takes place we will need to receive your signed proofs. Proof reading is the customers responsibility to ensure that all stationery items are correct. White Butterfly cannot be held responsible for incorrect personalised stationery once the proofs have been signed. Any changes that are required after the proofs have been signed may incur additional charges.

Delivery

Your order will be delivered within four weeks of receiving you signed proofs or during busy periods you will be advised of a delivery forecast. If for any reason your order has been delayed you will be advised. Delivery is charged as per Royal Mail special/recorded delivery or courier service and will need to be signed for. We will advise you in advance when your order is ready for despatch and arrange a delivery date convenient to you. Postage and packing costs are as follows:

Small orders under 1kg = £4.00 per delivery

Large orders over 1kg = £8.00 per delivery

Photo albums, guest books, keepsake boxes and table plans are £5 each per delivery if delivered separately. We do try to ensure that most of your delivery is sent at the same time to keep delivery costs down. However we are aware that invitations are predominantly ordered separately to the rest of the co-ordinating stationery and accessories. You will be advised of postal costs on your final invoice. Delivery is available to all UK postal addresses.

Cancellations/Refunds

If for any reason you need to cancel your order we will retain the 50% non-refundable deposit. Any additional work carried out that exceeds the deposit must be paid for. All cancellations must be given in writing. It is the customers responsibility to check all orders on receipt for damage, if found faulty we must be advised within seven days. Each order is personalised and made to order as per the customers requirements, refunds will only be made if the order is found faulty.

All designs by White-Butterfly are covered by copyright and must not be reproduced in any way. When copyright hymns are used it is the customers responsibility to obtain permission from the copyright holder.
